How a Personal Crisis Sparked a Revolution

The Big Dream (2013-2015)

In 2013, our founder Shri Paramayogi made a bold decision: leave his comfortable tech career in the United States and return to India to build a large farm-based spiritual community near Nandi Hills, Bangalore.

For 25 years, he’d lived two parallel lives:

  • Professional: Building AI systems for Fortune 500 companies across the US and India
  • Spiritual: Volunteering & Leading ISKCON communities in India & USA since 1999, teaching Bhagavad Gita, leading kirtans, and helping people discover devotion

His guru, the renowned scientist-saint Dr. T.D. Singh had given him a mission: “Influence the influencers in a spiritual way.”

The farm community was going to be his masterpiece—a place where spirituality, sustainability, and community could thrive together.

Then the project hit unforeseen legal challenges. And everything stopped.

ACT 1

The Dark Night (2015-2020)

Stuck with litigated land. No community. No path forward.

In that darkness, Suresh did what every spiritual seeker does in crisis: he meditated deeply on his life’s purpose.

He dove deep:

  • Advanced training in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
  • Study of psychology, and subconscious reprogramming
  • Deep exploration of philosophies beyond his own tradition

And three answers emerged:

  • Logical Purpose: Create & Sustain life (family, community, contribution)
  • Spiritual Purpose: Understand and love God
  • Social Purpose: Help people discover what they want in life and achieve their goals

ACT 2

The YouTube Experiment (2020-2023)

He started a video series helping people discover purpose and set meaningful goals. The response was immediate—20,000 subscribers joined the journey.

But as the community grew, a frustrating realization hit him:

YouTube shows me how many views my video got. Facebook shows me how many likes. Instagram shows me engagement rates.

But NOBODY tells me:

  • Where is Raj in Mumbai right now in his life?
  • What does Priya in Chennai actually want to achieve?
  • Is my follower in Delhi making progress or just watching videos?
  • How can I actually HELP them move forward?

Social media gives me content stats. But I need FOLLOWER PROGRESS.

ACT 3

The First Vision (2023)

“I need to build a tool for myself,” he thought. “A system that tracks where each person is, what they want, where they’re going, and how I can help.”

He emerged with a clear vision: A platform that helps leaders track and support their followers’ personal goal achievement.

ACT 4

The Epiphany (Jun, 2023)

Then came the breakthrough question:

“If a small guy like me—with just 20,000 YouTube subscribers—feels the lack of this tool…

…what about the TOP spiritual leaders? Social entrepreneurs? Nonprofit founders managing millions of followers?

Why is NOBODY building anything for them?”

That’s when everything changed.

This wasn’t just about him anymore. This was about every leader who wanted to transform lives, not just generate engagement metrics.

ACT 5

The Radical Idea (2024-Present)

But Suresh had an insight that set him apart from most spiritual and social organizations:
